Do you really need a nutrition coach?

If you’ve ever felt confused about what to eat, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or just tired of trying to “get it right,” you’re not alone.

Nutrition has become complicated with endless diets, “good” vs. “bad” foods, and mixed messages everywhere. It’s no wonder so many people feel stuck. There’s no silver bullet or perfect plan for everyone — but there is a way to build habits that actually last. That’s where I come in.

My Mission is to help everyday people build a confident, sustainable relationship with food through education, structure, and accountability to empower lasting habits that support real life, not perfection.

Your Commitments

Weekly Coaching Sessions

In the first couple of months, we’ll have weekly 30-45 minutes check-ins to experiment and assess your progress. This helps us quickly identify what works for you and maintain accountability while building new habits.

Tracking Meals and Logging Habits

Tracking what you eat, how you feel, and your cravings provides the insights we need to fine-tune your plan and find what works best for you. Expect to spend 10-15 minutes/day spent tracking.

Time to prepare and cook food

While this will vary for everyone, the goal is for most of your meals to come from your own kitchen. We focus on maximizing results with minimal time in the kitchen.
